Max is an award-winning Canadian cinematographer from Toronto, Ontario. His expertise as a Director of Photography spans a multitude of genres including commercials, short films, and music videos, collaborating with renowned brands and artists like Timberland, Amazon Music, Canada Goose, Sony Music, KPMG, ArtBish, Devon Cole, and New Friends.

Notably, Max served as the Director of Photography for the captivating short film Wilfrid (2022) a project that made waves at prestigious events such as the 2022 Los Angeles Shorts International Film Festival, the Sante Fe International Film Festival, and NFFTY, the world's largest festival for emerging young filmmakers.

His work has been featured on prominent media outlets including Global News, CTV, CBC, the National Post, the Toronto Star, BlogTO, Sharp Magazine, and Ryerson Today. Max's journey in film started with his dedicated pursuit of education, culminating in a B.F.A (Honors) in Film Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University).

In recognition of his outstanding achievements, Max was honored with the prestigious William F. White/Vilmos Zsigmond Cinematography Scholarship in 2021. This esteemed award, given to a Canadian post-secondary or graduate student, highlighted Max's excellence in academic prowess, extra-curricular activities, community involvement, and work experience.
